Meet Dr. Charles Okorie , MD

Dr. Charles Okorie is a seasoned internist with extensive experience in both clinical practice and healthcare leadership. Born and educated in Nigeria, he earned his MB.BS. from the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital and completed his internship at the University of Port-Harcourt Teaching Hospital. Dr. Okorie furthered his training in Internal Medicine through an internship and residency at Howard University Hospital, where he also served as Chief Resident.

With a distinguished career spanning over three decades, Dr. Okorie has held key positions, including Medical Director and Founder of Fair Lakes and VA Gateway Urgent Care Centers. He is a certified Senior Aviation Medical Examiner and Civil Surgeon, providing expert care in various specialized areas. Recognized for his contributions to medicine, he is committed to delivering compassionate and comprehensive care to his patients. Dr. Okorie is fluent in both English and Igbo and is dedicated to ensuring the well-being of those under his care.
